By installing and using SheetERP POS Invoice, you agree to these simple terms of service.

By installing SheetERP POS Invoice from Google Workspace Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
📄 License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SheetERP POS Invoice for your personal or business spreadsheets.
🔑 License Activation
- SheetERP POS Invoice offers a 40-day free trial with all features
- After the trial, search and discount features remain free forever
- Activating invoicing, saving, and printing requires a paid license
- License is valid for one spreadsheet (document)
- Payment is processed securely via PayPal
🔧 Permitted Use
- Use SheetERP POS Invoice to generate invoices and receipts from your Google Sheets
- Customize search operators, columns, and invoice templates to match your workflow
- Use in both personal and commercial spreadsheets
- Save transactions directly to your Google Sheets
🚫 Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the add-on
- Do not use SheetERP POS Invoice for any illegal purposes
- Do not attempt to bypass any security or licensing features
- Do not share your license across multiple spreadsheets without purchasing additional licenses
🔒 Data Privacy
SheetERP POS Invoice accesses only the sheets you configure for product data and transaction saving. We do not store, share, or transmit your spreadsheet data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
🔐 License Verification
To verify your license, SheetERP POS Invoice communicates with our license server using your document ID and owner email. This is required to activate premium features after the trial period.
💰 No Refund Policy
SheetERP POS Invoice offers a 40-day free trial that includes all features, including paid ones. Please use this trial period to evaluate the product thoroughly before purchasing. We do not offer refunds after purchase.
⚠️ No Warranty
SheetERP POS Invoice is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the add-on will meet all your requirements.
📝 Limitation of Liability
Juyushi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SheetERP POS Invoice.
🔄 Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of SheetERP POS Invoice after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
🛑 Termination
You may stop using SheetERP POS Invoice at any time by uninstalling it from your Google Workspace. We reserve the right to terminate access if you violate these terms.
