The add-on doesn’t appear in my Google Sheets
Solution: Refresh your Google Sheet after installation. If it still doesn’t appear, try reinstalling from the Marketplace.
I’m getting permission errors
Solution: Make sure you’re signed into the correct Google account and have edit access to the spreadsheet.

My search isn’t returning expected results
Check: Your AND (space), OR (comma), and Separator (colon) operators. Example: honda civic,accord 2025
How do I search for exact values?
Use separators: :pvc (starts with), 1.7: (ends with), :4: (exact match)

What’s the difference between Smart Lookup and Smart Search?
Smart Lookup: Table view for browsing and selecting records.
Smart Search: Google-style search with navigation and filtering.
Can I change the default operators?
Yes! Go to Extensions → Smart Search → Configure Operators to set your preferred AND, OR, and Separator characters.
