By installing Smart Search from Google Workspace Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

📄 License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Smart Search for your personal or business spreadsheets.

🔧 Permitted Use

• Use Smart Search to search and filter data in your Google Sheets
• Customize search operators to match your workflow
• Use in both personal and commercial spreadsheets

🚫 Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the add-on
• Do not use Smart Search for any illegal purposes
• Do not attempt to bypass any security features

🔒 Data Privacy

Smart Search only accesses the active sheet you’re working on. We do not store, share, or transmit your spreadsheet data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

⚙️ Temporary Sheet Modifications

When using the filter feature, Smart Search may temporarily add and immediately remove a helper column in your sheet. No permanent changes are made to your spreadsheet structure.

⚠️ No Warranty

Smart Search is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the add-on will meet all your requirements.

📝 Limitation of Liability

Juyushi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Smart Search.

🔄 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Smart Search after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

🛑 Termination

You may stop using Smart Search at any time by uninstalling it from your Google Workspace. We reserve the right to terminate access if you violate these terms.
